An explanation: “Skeptics”, and not “Sceptics”, is the spelling used by the national Skeptics organisation. Locally, Bedford Skeptics is run by Bedfordshire Humanists to attract a wider community who like to hear stimulating talks and ask questions or just relax in a convivial atmosphere.

As a general rule, our meetings are on the 3rd Thursday of the month, with meetings bi-monthly in January, March, May, July, September and November. We meet at 7pm, for a 7.30pm start at the North End Social Club (NESC) on Roff Avenue in Bedford. No membership is required.
